Do Food Miles Really Matter?

Rather than discuss the importance of food miles, the article intends to claim reducing meat consumption is a better way to reduce carbon footprint. Later in the article, the author emphasizes the impact of meat consumption by example in Boston, which is local meat production may have even more carbon emission impact though the food mile is reduced.
